No. Your muscles can not turn into fat. It is physiologically impossible for the body. I do not know how the myth arose. Perhaps because many professional athletes takes a lot of weight after they stopped to train professionally. And it looks like it is simply that the muscles have been converted into fat, but it is not correct. There are several factors at play here.</p>
<p><strong>Factor 1</strong><br />
Your muscles will be less if they are stimulated with exercise. That means you will lose muscle mass during the period where you can not coach.</p>
<p><strong>Factor 2</strong><br />

<p>There are two types of <strong>diabetes</strong>, type 1 and type 2<br />

<p>Pilates is an advantage if the goal is flexibility. Pilates is an excellent form of exercise if you want to be flexible, unwind from a busy life, learn to control your breath and get some positive mental experiences. I should also emphasize the importance that you should enjoy the kind of exercise you have chosen. But if you want to get in shape, I think that there are other activities that will be better for you.</p>
<p>As I read it, you have a goal to get in shape. It is not so specific, but if you are in the form I assume that you would like a better fitness.</p>
<p>Your condition will depend on your oxygen intake<br />
In short, as your fitness depends on how much oxygen you can absorb into your body when you exercise. The more oxygen you can absorb, the better your cells to burn energy, and then you can perform an activity for a long time.</p>
<p>Your oxygen uptake depends on both the speed you record at the oxygen and cardiac output. In the blood, the red blood cells that transports the bulk of oxygen around the body. The more blood the heart can pump out per minute, the more oxygen can be supplied to the working muscles and get them to better fitness.</p>

<p>Alcohol can be harmful to the fetus throughout pregnancy &#8211; even in the period before you realize that you are pregnant. This risk factor can be completely eliminated by avoiding alcohol during pregnancy.</p>
<p>In the first part of pregnancy the fetus develops its internal organs. Brain and nervous system are particularly sensitive to alcohol&#8217;s effects. Therefore it is important to protect the fetus from alcohol throughout their pregnancies.</p>
<p>How serious injuries the child may receive depends on how much the mother drinks during pregnancy.<br />
Congenital alcohol harm spans a broad spectrum from small and insignificant damage to profound multiple handicaps and death.</p>
<p>Heavy drinking of 7-8 drinks daily during pregnancy can result in severe malformations such as &#8216;Fetal Alcohol Syndrome&#8217; &#8211; also known as &#8216;FAS&#8217;. An alcohol consumption of 1-2 drinks per day or more increases the risk of miscarriage, premature birth, birth defects, growth retardation or stillbirth. It is debatable whether a little alcohol on a few drinks a week have harmful effects, but it can not be excluded that it may have a negative effect, eg on brain development.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s why Health Protection Agency now as a precaution recommends avoiding alcohol while you are pregnant or trying to get it.</p>
